A new role of Sales & Production Administrator has arisen to support our exciting and continued growth.
Provide support to our Account/Project Managers across all our divisions working on a wide variety of projects in a fast paced environment. The Ideal candidate must have a high level of energy and professionalism, think critically, feel confident and comfortable handling multiple tasks, and not be afraid to ask questions. They must also have excellent customer service skills, be extremely detail-oriented, and have a positive 'can do' attitude.
Our 'customer focused approach' is based around our knowledge, industry experience, product expertise and ability to create the most appropriate product for our customers requirements- making it a very rewarding role!
Our company has its office's in Ipswich and Needham Market, this role would be within our Needham office but could be at our Ipswich office on occasions.
Job Location: Job location is dual site either from the sales office in Needham or the Factory in Ipswich
Hours: Full Time. 8.30am – 5.00pm ( Mon- Friday)
Skills/Qualifications:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Applicant must be IT component in the standard Microsoft and Adobe software programmes
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; think critically; manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
● Enquiry/Lead allocation – You will allocate leads that come into the business via various channels.
● General office administration,
- Supporting our sales team by raising quotes and processing orders.
- Liaise with suppliers and build relationships.
- Process orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing aftercare on completed orders.
- Answering the phones, taking enquiries, and offering product advice.
- Ensure customers are kept up to date with order progress.
- Liaise with customer and build relationships with them.
- Assistance when required in our clothing production team.

Trainee Embroidery Machine Operator- Closing date 10/06/2022
Job Description
Due to the fantastic growth, Hudson Group are seeking an additional Embroidery Technician / operator on a full time basis.
Embroidery Technician/ Operator
* Needham Market (IP6)
We are looking for a Trainee or experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to operate our 8-head Barudan embroidery machine.
Job Role will include.
• Picking stock
• Preparing stock to be embroidered
• Embroidering garments by operating our 8 head machine, (full training provided)
• Packing orders
• Occasionally Answering email queries
• Assisting in our print processes when required
Ideal person will have a passion for fashion and clothing along with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Whilst all machine training will be provided, basic IT skills will also be required.
• Monday- Friday, 8.30-5pm
